Gabriel Cabrera, Founder & CEO

Gabriel Cabrera is a former Division I athlete and MBA graduate from Marshall University, originally from the Dominican Republic. His journey through elite athletics, higher education, and coaching shaped his faith-driven approach to leadership and mentorship. Gabriel founded BR Team Gear to provide athletes with high-performance, customizable sports uniforms and BR Academy to deliver personalized coaching that develops skill, character, and confidence. Through both ventures, he emphasizes service, integrity, and helping young athletes realize their goals.
